  • Business Plans are decision making tools.  They should contain information enabling you to decide whether or not to pursue a goal.  When you have your projected costs and sales/marketing numbers in place, you will be able to create budgets and to perform cash flow projections.  Planning and budgeting enable you to evaluate business opportunities and respond quickly if additional capital is needed.
