We believe your business is no one else's.  Your privacy is important to you and to us.  We will protect the information you share with us.  To protect your privacy, Kennedy Consulting Group, Inc. strictly adheres to worldwide practices for client privacy and data protection.

  • We do not publish or otherwise disclose our client list.
  • We will not sell or give away your name, mailing address, phone number, email address or any other information to anyone without your permission and on a case by case basis.

Kennedy Consulting Group, Inc. obtains and uses individual client information for business purposes only.

We will provide a signed client confidentiality agreement upon commencement of any initial meeting or negotiation for services that will ensure that your confidential information remains confidential.

Access to client information is limited to those who need it to perform their assignments.  Those individuals are bound by our client confidentiality agreement and follow strict rules when handling that information.

We do not discuss or disclose in any way, any information, data, result, report or proposal arising from any engagement to any person that is not authorized by the client or their designated representative.

We will not cause or allow confidential information to be misused nor will confidential information be published in any way without your permission.

We will provide individual client information when served with valid legal process for client information.  In such cases, we are required to release the information and will advise you when required to do so.

However, we do use individual customer information internally for our own general marketing and planning purposes so that we can develop, test and market new products and services that meet the needs of our clients.  We may publish or cause to be published case studies to describe the business problems that we have encountered and the solutions that we employed to resolve them.  The studies will describe companies only in the most general of terms.  Names and locations will be omitted.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivery, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration.  We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
